One large company deciding every price, and every new idea would be hard for todays consumer to accept. Without the ability of other company to enter the markets, we will only have one vision. That would be a vision of a company that does not need to work hard. That is because they own the market and supply of what is badly needed, and have no real reason to innovate. Deregulation changes all of that.
