Affordable Energy Lowers Texas Residential Electric Rates

Affordable Energy of Texas recently reduced it’s residential rates. On February 18th, 2009 Affordable Energy lowered the rates it serves it’s customers with. Affordable Energy offers residential rates across Texas. To find the rates for new sign-ups in your area, just look under your transmission and distribution service provider below (TDSP).

12 month rate:          24 month rate:             36 month rate:

TXU (Oncor)   12.6 cents per kWh  12.9 cents per kWh     12.9 cents per kWh

AEP  (North)   11.4 cents per kWh  11.7 cents per kWh     11.7 cents per kWh

AEP  (South)   12.6 cents per kWh  12.9 cents per kWh     12.9  cents per kWh

TNMP                 12.6 cents per kWh  12.9 cents per kWh     12.9  cents per kWh

Center Point    12.6 cents per kWh  12.9 cents per kWh     12.9  cents per kWh
